FAQ / Customer Service


When an item is in stock (as often with Sketches group) the order will be shipped in 2 or 3 business days. 10 – 21 days is usual. A shipping notification email will be sent 2 days before shipping.

If a rush delivery is required – the fee is $5 – $10 depending on the piece. Special arrangements will be made for commissions and one of a kind work.

Orders within North America are shipped Canada Post or UPS and shipping costs are added to total. International orders are sent UPS, Fedex, or a courier of the customer’s choice.


If an alternative to online payment system is required, please contact me by phone or email. Options are: email transfer (within Canada only), money order, or an international money order. Any of these would have to be done within a week of placing an order.

On orders over $1500, a payment plan using a credit card can be arranged. Prices are in Canadian dollars.


In Canada, HST or GST appropriate to province of shipping address will be charged. No taxes are added on orders shipped to the US or internationally.

Exchange policy

There are no refunds available. It is just not possible with labour intensive, handmade, original work. However, exchanges are offered within 30 days of purchase – you send the piece back, select another or receive the credit amount for a future purchase.

Custom / one - of- a - kind cannot be returned.
